I have to say that VOVO's customer service is exceptional. Their responses are fast and always to the point. I have issues with the bidet that I purchased. I have had communications with VOVO customer services on several occasions with first Anna, then Megan lastly Dawn. I am very happy and satisfied with their services. Every time I got my issues resolved.

I've had my Vovo bidet toilet for over a year, and I absolutely love it! I have no idea how I survived so long without one. This particular brand was referred to me by a friend. Recently, I had the pleasure of working with Dawn on Vovo's customer support team. She was amazing!! She answered my email within 24 hours, provided information to help me fix one issue, and promptly shipped out a replacement part. It's one thing to have a great product, but the real test of a company is what happens when you need support. Dawn was exceptional and is an asset to the company. Highly recommend all the way around.

l bought the VOVO smart bidet seat (model VB-3000SE) a month ago, and I’ve been really happy with it so far. The build quality is great, all the functions work as expected, and overall it’s been a solid and comfortable addition to my bathroom.What really stood out to me, though, was the customer service after sale. One of the seat bumpers got stained and couldn’t be cleaned properly, so I emailed VOVO for help. Dawn got back to me right away, let me know the bumper could be replaced, and offered to send a new one. She was super professional, quick to respond, and genuinely kind and helpful.Big thanks to Dawn and the VOVO team for going above and beyond!

My Vovo Stylement VB-3000SE was out of warranty but Vovo's CSR, Dawn, got it handled quickly and professionally. I am totally and 100% a happy Vovo customer and have been for nearly 5 years. I bought two toilets model TCB 090WA. After couple months one toilet seat has an error that the lid opened and closed when there is no body in the bathroom. I contacted Vovo and Kyle provided an excellent support. He sent me a new seat immediately and It worked very well now. I hope the new toilet seat will last long. Thank you, Kyle!

I have two Vovo TCB 090SA and I love them. The older one which I bought in 2022 had a nozzle that got misaligned from the housing, causing the spray in the turbo jet to not work. I was lucky enough to work with Anna who sent me the replacement part asap and gave instructions on the replacement. Originally thought this was a pressure issue but checked house pressure, bathroom water pressure, and confirmed other wash features and flushes were fine. Vovo was able to get me the solution much faster than I tried to solve it myself

Anna from Customer Service is great!Woke up this morning to find that my product from VoVo that I purchased off of Amazon was suddenly flashing lights and the troubleshooting manual didn’t state my issue.Decided to try the automated AI to see if they could troubleshoot it and it didn’t seem to work. Opted to email customer relations and honestly wasn’t expecting a response for at least a minimum of a week. Yet, couple hours later - checked my inbox and found an email from Anna. She advised that there’s a chance my PCB might require replacement and immediately assisted with the delivery of replacement parts!Very happy with my service and up until now the product hasn’t failed me at all!Talk about a speedy service! We purchased the VOVO VB-4000 Bidet Toilet Seat from Costco online after reading reviews for both it and a number of other brands and models. Unfortunately, when we opened the installation kit, we realized that we were missing one of the washers, which, to our disappointment, put our installation plans on hold. We immediately reached out to VOVO via email and received a response from Kyle within one business day. Much to our amazement, Kyle followed up immediately and the missing washer arrived in the post only three days later! The VOVO team’s response time and commitment to customer satisfaction is peerless!The seat itself was/is incredibly easy to install, and fits our Kohler tall toilet perfectly. Not being very accustomed to seat bidets, it will take some time to get used to having our nether regions splooshed clean by the precise stream of water, and blown dry, but we already love the heated seat, warm water and multiple other features.We anticipate a huge savings in the ongoing cost of toilet paper, and although we have yet to determine what the additional costs will be on our electric bill, we figure the bidet seat will pay itself off in a year or two.We are now bidet aficionados and VOVO fans! I recently purchased a Vovo bidet seat VB6100SR from Home Depot Canada.This is to replace a 20 plus year Toto Washlet which functioned without hiccups.The new seat installed fairly simple following instructions.All checked out no leak, plugged in and paired the remote, set all function as suggested.However the remote function seems to have gone haywire. None worked as intended i.e. push X get Y etc. and vice versa.Email Vovo support for help as numerous attempts of hard resets were futile.Must say that Anna from the customer support had been extremely helpful and proactive with suggestionsplus sending many how-to attachments trying to solve the issue. Vovo agreed to send a replacement remote.Remote control received and "lo and behold", problem solved.A well deserved thank you to Vovo customer support, especially Anna.

I rarely write reviews, but the excellent and quick support from Anna at VOVO deserves recognition. After years of using various brands, we've been extremely satisfied with our VOVO VB-6000SE. It was easy to install and has been far more stable than the competition. For three years, it has worked perfectly. When the remote recently failed (likely from being dropped), I contacted VOVO and received immediate help from Anna. Their customer service is outstanding, truly better than most US companies. Anna quickly approved a replacement and arranged it with minimal back-and-forth. I'm truly impressed by their helpfulness and responsiveness.

I also find the manual function on the right side of the bidet very practical, allowing you to deeply rinse and clean the bowl—a feature my Woodbridge doesn’t have.So I did not regret my purchase at all and would recommend without hesitation.Visal

When remodeling our master bathroom in 2023 we purchased a VOVO Bidet Model TCB-8100W. It recently had a flushing issue and I contacted VOVO USA via email describing the issue. Anna in customer service responding quickly and after diagnosing the issue sent a replacement flushing unit (no charge) with instructions on how to replace it. After receiving a flushing unit that did not quite match my existing unit, Kyle sent the correct unit for my model bidet. While installing the replacement flushing unit, I broke a small spring valve and sent a photo to customer service. Anna immediately sent me a replacement spring valve (and a couple extras). My wife and I have been extremely pleased with the technology/features of the VOVO bidet and I have to say their customer service is "top notch". The replacement parts have been replaced without much difficulty and the bidet is once again working beautifully. My wife's bidet developed a problem two months before the warranty expired. The service department quickly repaired it. VoVo is an exceptional company. Our experience with VoVo’s staff (especially, Anna, Avery, and Kyle) exceeded our expectations. We are lifelong VoVo customers and will order a new bidet from VoVo should the current bidet fail. Before trying any other company’s bidets, order one from VoVo. You’ll be pleased.

I rarely write reviews or rate sellers but I had to in Vovo's case. I recently had an issue with my mother's bidet seat and contacted Vovo customer service. Anna gave me an exceptional after sales service, went beyond what most companies would do. Customer service like this is extinct in todays world! I strongly recommend the Vovo brand to anyone that's looking to buy a Bidet seat or toilet because the company cares about their product quality and also customer satisfaction!

We purchased a Vovo bidet toilet seat from Costco unfortunately the order was incomplete it was missing the remote control. I contacted Vovo through their website explaining the missing remote control and received a response within 12 hours from Avery it was then passed to Kyle and within a few hours I had a tracking number and the missing remote control is on it way to me. I would not hesitate to recommend Vovo based on my experience, great customer service seems to becoming a rarity these days and it refreshing to be treated so well.

Had a problem with the water not heating after three years of ownership of the Smart Seat. Contacted VOVO and they immediately forwarded a new circuit board. That didn't solve the problem and the board was damaged in transit. They then immediately sent me another circuit board and a new water tank. Problem solved! Anna looked after me very well and I would certain recommend this company.
