We purchased a Vovo bidet toilet seat from Costco unfortunately the order was incomplete it was missing the remote control. I contacted Vovo through their website explaining the missing remote control and received a response within 12 hours from Avery it was then passed to Kyle and within a few hours I had a tracking number and the missing remote control is on it way to me. I would not hesitate to recommend Vovo based on my experience, great customer service seems to becoming a rarity these days and it refreshing to be treated so well.

Bought a unit from Amazon a few years ago, and it failed recently (circuit board). However, Vovo's customer service was excellent. Anna, the service rep, was very efficient and resolved the problem perfectly.

Had a problem with the water not heating after three years of ownership of the Smart Seat. Contacted VOVO and they immediately forwarded a new circuit board. That didn't solve the problem and the board was damaged in transit. They then immediately sent me another circuit board and a new water tank. Problem solved! Anna looked after me very well and I would certain recommend this company.

I purchased a TCB-090S VOVO Bidet Toilet from Home Depot in June of 2023. It worked perfectly fine until February of 2025. I contacted support and Anna got back with me in a timely manner, and after a few emails, and a couple part replacements we resolved the issue. Just to let anyone interested know the water ran continuously (like on your standard toilet when the float or check valve is stuck). In this case the valve (which I believe is electronically controlled) located internally in what they call the flushing assembly failed. At any rate it required me to replace the Flushing assembly. Anna sent instructions and asked if I felt comfortable with the repair, which I did. This might prove difficult for some so I'm not sure how that is handled, but in my case it wasn't a problem. After the replacement it has worked flawlessly. My wife loves this Bidet so hopefully we will get another 2 years or longer with no issues. Thank you Anna!

I had a cracked Bidet Seat (no reflection on the quality of the product) due to improper usage. The VOVO Customer Service team,especially Anna took immediate care of the issue,not only by sending me a seat FOC but also guiding me through the installation process. Service like this is not common in this day & age,I would recommend VOVO over anything else!!!

We did a high-end remodel of our bathroom that included the best Vovo toilet made. This was about 2 1/2 years ago and right around Christmas time the Boudet function stopped squirting water. Since it was well out of warranty, I was expecting to pay a high price to ship and get it repaired. However, I was pleasantly amazed and surprised after emailing the company. I promptly got a response. Potential cause was diagnosed and parts were shipped immediately. Detailed instructions were provided and I was able to fix it! I want to commend Avery,Anna,Kyle For extremely concise quick responses. They were professional and very polite! For this reason alone, I would purchase another toilet from them in the future. Follow up review, Feb 27, 2025: I had an issue with water pressure damage our 3 bidets. After several emails to Anna, customer service, we were able to troubleshoot, get parts expedited, and do the necessary repairs, without a plumber. Great customer service. In particular, Anna was amazing. Most customer service representatives don't read customer emails thoroughly and ask questions that were already addressed. Anna read my email and immediately knew the problem. Although my bidet toilet was out of warranty, Anna sent me a new circuit board and instructions on how to install it. I had it the next day. I have had two VOVO VB4000SE bidets for about a year. Recently, one of them stopped operating. I emailed Anna at VOVO with a description of the problem. Anna promptly advised that the main PCB (control board) and water level sensor most likely needed to be replaced. She provided a parts replacement guide for my reference and offered to send the parts if I felt comfortable doing the repair myself. I received the parts (free of charge) in less than a week and successfully replaced the malfunctioning parts.However, I didn't know how to restart the automatic deodorization feature. Anna was very prompt in advising me on how to fix this as well. The bidet is now working very well.Thank you, Anna, for your prompt and professional service. Your company is lucky to have an employee like you.

We purchased a Vovo TCB-090S in 2022 and just recently it stopped flushing. It sort of acted like a clogged toilet but there was some odd noise coming from the unit when it was supposed to be flushing. I emailed customer service and Anna replied with instructions to help troubleshoot. We were able to figure out the problem (bad flushing assembly) and had a replacement part in hand in only a few days. It took about 30 minutes to change out.I initially had a problem with the toilet leaking on install in 2022 and actually had someone from Vovo facetime with me and show me how to repair it. There's a lot of these types of toilets on the market and eventually they will all have problems, so to have really good customer service is reason to give them your business.

What a pleasant, service-oriented company to deal with! I received my Vovo Bidet seat in early December, 2024. It was very intuitive and easy to install. However, a small,problem with the UV LED appeared in January. I sent an email to Vovo, and Anna was on it right away. In April 2024, I purchased a Vovo bidet and recently encountered a malfunction. I promptly contacted the company via email to seek assistance with repairs. Anna, a representative, promptly engaged in a detailed communication with me to identify the issue. She promptly dispatched a repair part.However, upon having a plumber replace the part, we discovered that it was malfunctioning. Given the ongoing communication, I informed Anna of the situation. She, in collaboration with her manager, requested that I return the “brain” (or unit) component of the toilet so that they could repair it themselves. They arranged for a prepaid return label and sent me a box to facilitate the return of the device.The entire process was seamless and expedited, with no inconvenience to me as a customer. They did not require me to procure a suitable packaging box or pay for the return shipping.To my astonishment, upon receiving the return box, I discovered that it contained an entirely new unit.I reached out to Anna again to confirm if this was a temporary unit I could use while my unit was being repaired. I wanted to decide whether to call my plumber to install it. Anna surprised me with the news that the company had decided to send me a new unit instead. I can’t express how grateful I am for this.I want to thank you so much for your outstanding customer service. Thanks to Anna and Megan for the EXCELLENT service!!Had minor trouble with my toilet/bidet (UV led lights were really dim) Contact the VOVO service support and they took care of it seriously like if it was a major problem! Really fast response, polite and really clear information with pictures on how to resolve the problem.This is how service support is supposed to be!Other than the minor problem, this toilet bidet (TCB-8100W) has everything you need, everything you want and even more. Will probably buy another one for the second bathroom.Thanks.

I have been very satisfied working with Anna at Vovo. She answered my email immediately and we tried several different things to try and fix our issue. The water was not heating up. Finally she checked with management and they decided it was best to send us replacement parts. We got them within the week, and replaced the troublesome part. It is working fine now.
