The replacement cycle for the circular HEPA filter is one year, and for the cypress wood filter, it is two years.
After turning on the power, the filter remaining indicator will display the remaining duration before the circular HEPA filter needs replacement for 5 seconds.

The power is not turning on.

In the following cases, the device may not operate normally:
1. Check the power outlet you are using:
Try plugging in another electronic device to verify if electricity is flowing into the outlet. If it operates normally, disconnect the air purifier's power cord for a minute before reconnecting it to reset the device.

2. Ensure the air purifier's power is on:
Press the power button to see if the air purifier turns on.

3. If you've moved the product:
Check the power cord to ensure it's properly connected. (It might have slightly come loose, so try reconnecting it securely.)
* Note: The power cord is designed to detach for safety reasons.

The wind speed is weak.

In the following cases, the device may not operate normally:

1. If the filter packaging is not removed:
Please remove the protective film from the cypress wood filter and the plastic wrapping from the circular filter after purchasing the product.

2. If the filter is not correctly installed:
Ensure that the filter is properly installed before use.

3. If there is a lot of dust accumulated on the filter:
Dust buildup on the filter can result in increased noise levels. Please use a vacuum cleaner to remove the accumulated dust from the filter.

4. If the fan speed setting is in Auto mode or Sleep mode:
Change the fan speed setting to Manual mode or Cyclone mode before use.

Sleep mode isn't working.

In the following cases, the device may not operate normally:
*Our air purifier switches to Sleep Mode based on sensor only during Auto Mode.

1. When the surrounding area is bright:
During Auto Mode operation, please darken the area around the light sensor.
* After setting to Auto mode, if the area around the light sensor is dark, it will switch to Sleep & Eco mode after about 10 seconds.
