The flushing may not operate properly under the following conditions:
1. If the toilet bowl is clogged:
Press the jet button on the manual flush button to check if the toilet bowl is clogged.
(If clogged, there will be no water flow, only bubbles.)
2. If the water pressure in the bathroom is low:
2-1. Adjust the water pressure using the valve connected to the bidet's water supply hose.
(Turn counterclockwise to fully open the valve.)
2-2. Remove the pressure reduction valve for flushing.
(Please refer to the troubleshooting guide No. 21 for instructions on removing the pressure reducing valve.)
3. If water is being used elsewhere simultaneously:
Our bidet operates directly from the customer's water pressure. When water is being used elsewhere (washing machine, sink, shower), it may result in reduced water pressure, affecting drainage.
4. If the original water pressure is low:
Check the water pressure at your home.
(If the pressure is less than 40psi, drainage may not be efficient.)
(To confirm the minimum required water pressure: Open the water supply valve fully and collect water in a container for 10 seconds, then check the quantity (0.95gal).)
5. If a dual valve is installed:
Remove the dual valve and use the provided valve and water supply hose instead.
(Please refer to troubleshooting guide No. 8 for the correct installation status.)
