Can this be installed in my bathroom?
Most bathrooms are compatible, but installation depends on plumbing configuration, space, and electrical availability.
The standard rough-in requirement is 12 inches. If you send the dimensions of your bathroom to support@vovousa.com, our team will review them and confirm whether installation is possible.
What water pressure (PSI) is required?
A minimum water pressure of 35 PSI is required for proper operation.
When can the installation be scheduled?
The installation time can be arranged based on the schedule of our plumber. Once confirmed, we will coordinate a convenient time with you.
What is the warranty period?
The product comes with a 3-year warranty.
What does the installation service include?
The service includes delivery verification, removal of your existing toilet, installation of the VOVO smart toilet, connection to the water supply, basic functionality testing, and cleanup of the work area.
Does the service include removal of my old toilet?
Yes. Our service includes removal of your existing toilet. We can also dispose of it upon request.
Do I need to purchase additional parts?
Most installations do not require additional parts. However, if your plumbing requires special adapters or repairs, additional costs may apply.
What do I need before installation?
Please ensure the following are available:
-A standard 12-inch rough-in
-A 120V GFCI electrical outlet near the toilet
-Adequate water pressure (20–80 PSI)
-Clear access to the bathroom
What if I don't have a power outlet near the toilet?
Please check with your plumber regarding the electrical work. If you pay the additional installation fee separately, a power outlet can be installed.
How long does installation take?
Most installations take 60–90 minutes.
Do I need to be home during installation?
Yes. An adult must be present during installation.
What if there is a leak after installation?
Please contact our support team(support@vovousa.com) immediately. We will arrange a service inspection.
What if my floor flange is damaged?
Additional repair work may be required before installation.
