Review Follow Up on Leakage
I purchased 2 more VOVO Bidets after having so much success with the first. As soon as I received the two, we found leaks at the base of the toilet. Long story short, the problem was our water pressure, It should be around 40-75psi. If the pressure is too high a regulator line which has a gasket/seal that connects two plastic lines can leak. The instructions mention, several times, that the water pressure should be adjusted but not with specs and with a water pressure gauge. Anna, customer service, was immediately responsive and worked with us to troubleshoot and identify the problem and fix it with replacement parts. FIVE SUPER STARS FOR ANNA!
