[VS]Extend warranty - Bidet Toilet

My toilet broke down but warranty expired, Anna able to let me buy the extended warranty and the toilet top was replaced

Anna from support was really helpful to find a solution for my problem, sending me troubleshooting guides to fix the problem with water heating. Even if I was after the warranty period, Vovo allowed me to extend the warranty so I could get a new replacement unit. This a trully customer oriented company !

After contacting Vovo customer support they were able to help diagnose the problem and come with a resolution to help fix things. After 2 years of ownership they were willing to offer an extended warranty and then replaced the broken part. They really stand behind their products. I will definitely be recommending Vovo to friends and family.
