Q&A

Flushing Issue

Excessive water splashes during flushing

The flushing may not operate properly under the following condition:

1. If the water pressure in the bathroom is high:
Please adjust the water pressure using the valve connected to the bidet's water supply hose.
(Turn clockwise to adjust the water pressure.)

(TCB-090SA , TCB-090S , TCB-8100W , TCB-8100B)

Flushing does not work

The flushing may not operate properly under the following conditions:

1. If the toilet bowl is clogged:
Press the jet button on the manual flush button to check if the toilet bowl is clogged.
(If clogged, there will be no water flow, only bubbles.)

2. If the water pressure in the bathroom is low:
2-1. Adjust the water pressure using the valve connected to the bidet's water supply hose.
(Turn counterclockwise to fully open the valve.)
2-2. Remove the pressure reduction valve for flushing.
(Pressure reduction valve removal guide)

3. If water is being used elsewhere simultaneously:
Our bidet operates directly from the customer's water pressure. When water is being used elsewhere (washing machine, sink, shower), it may result in reduced water pressure, affecting drainage.

4. If the original water pressure is low:
Check the water pressure at your home.
(If the pressure is less than 1.5kgf/㎠, drainage may not be efficient.)
(To confirm the minimum required water pressure: Open the water supply valve fully and collect water in a container for 10 seconds, then check the quantity (3.5 liters).)

5. If a dual valve is installed:
Remove the dual valve and use our bidet's water supply hose.

I don't smell the scent of cypress wood.

Even if there is no scent from the cypress wood filter, its efficacy will last for 2 years.

* The cypress wood filter is a consumable item like the circular filter, so please replace it after the replacement period (2 years) has passed.
* If you desire the cypress wood scent, please purchase our diffuser capsule and install it.

The shape of the cypress wood filter is changing.

Our cypress wood filters are crafted from solid wood, which may exhibit scratches, dents, and knots.

Wood naturally expands in the summer as it absorbs moisture and contracts in the winter as it releases moisture. Over time, this process may result in size variations of up to 5mm or the occurrence of cracks in the wood.

ETC

The odor is coming from the air vent.

In the following cases, the device may not operate normally:

1.If there are foreign substances in the air outlet or filter compartment:
Please the air outlet and filter compartment for any foreign substances and remove them.

2. If the filter is heavily covered with dust:
An accumulation of dust on the filter can cause odors. Please use a vacuum cleaner to remove dust from the filter.

If the air purifier was previously used in the kitchen or a smoking area:
Filters are designed to absorb odors, so they might temporarily retain odors from previous usage. However, these odors will gradually diminish with time.
*Residual odors from previous locations may linger.

The power is not turning on.

In the following cases, the device may not operate normally:

Sleep mode isn't working.

In the following cases, the device may not operate normally:
