TCB-090SA Great Service

The unit did not function correctly but Customer Service to Trouble Shoot was fantastic. Anna in the Torrance office was super responsive and Technician Dong Woo Lee drove 2 hours to come, trouble shoot and repair.
Now, our TCB-090SA works and looks great. Super Service.

Excellent Customer Service

My remote for my Vovo Smart VB-6000 bidet seat I purchased on Costco.ca had a crack on it, and Doeun from Vovo's customer service was excellent in helping me with a replacement. The remote was sent quickly, and it worked flawlessly. Excellent customer service!!!

Review Follow Up on Leakage

I purchased 2 more VOVO Bidets after having so much success with the first. As soon as I received the two, we found leaks at the base of the toilet. Long story short, the problem was our water pressure, It should be around 40-75psi. If the pressure is too high a regulator line which has a gasket/seal that connects two plastic lines can leak. The instructions mention, several times, that the water pressure should be adjusted but not with specs and with a water pressure gauge. Anna, customer service, was immediately responsive and worked with us to troubleshoot and identify the problem and fix it with replacement parts. FIVE SUPER STARS FOR ANNA! an excellent bidet

I recently purchased my second VOVO toilet bidet.
The first one was excellent,never had an issue with it and had it for over 10 years! The only reason I had to replace it was because I moved and the new house's toilet was elongated and not round like my old VOVO.
Regretfully I bought the 6000 SE model and was surprised that this bidet was even easier to use.Simple but has all the whistles I wanted. Excellent quality and works like a charm. It is so impressive to find a product so well made, with all the bells and whistles I wanted but very easy to operate from the remote control! Thank you VOVO, again you made an excellent product and I am sure this one will last at least 10 years or more like the older one did.

We bought VOVO 6000SE from home depot website in January 2024 and we were very happy with the unit until beginning of September 2024 the bidet stopped working. We contacted customer service at VOVO, and Megan respond to us right away and after a few email correspondence, she was able to send us the replacement unit. We reinstalled the bidet and everything is working. We want to thank the customer service Team at VOVO, especially Megan for the superb service. We're going to buy another bidet for another restroom from VOVO since we have no doubt of the customer care. Thank you.
