Limited Warranty
Thank you for purchasing the VOVO GO 9 Portable Bidet.
VOVO USA warrants that the VOVO GO 9 Portable Bidet will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.
This limited warranty applies only to products purchased from authorized retailers and used in accordance with the product instructions and intended purpose.
Warranty Coverage
During the one-year warranty period, VOVO USA will, at its sole discretion:
- Repair the defective product;
- Replace the defective product with a new or refurbished product of equal value; or
- Provide another appropriate remedy as determined by VOVO USA.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper handling;
- Unauthorized modification, repair, or alteration;
- Accidents, natural disasters, or external causes;
- Normal wear and tear;
- Damage caused by improper installation or use contrary to the instruction manual.
