[VS]Extend warranty - Bidet Toilet Seat

As a senior on a very limited income, I am beyond grateful to Anna and VOVO for so graciously offering me an extended warranty on my bidet. I received a replacement yesterday and installed it today. It works like a charm and I'm ecstatically happy. Please accept my heartfelt thanks. All of my friends have heard my story several times and needless to say, they are beyond impressed with VOVO and Anna for being so kind.

A very high-quality Korean product. I was using it with satisfaction, but for some reason it didn't work well, so I contacted Vovo USA for consultation. They responded very kindly and quickly, and sent me a new product through a repurchase during the warranty period. I installed it right away and am using it happily. Kind and quick response. A company that thinks from the customer's perspective is very trustworthy and I will widely tell and introduce it to people around me... Thank you again.
