Irene L. My remote for my Vovo Smart VB-6000 bidet seat I purchased on Costco.ca had a crack on it, and Doeun from Vovo's customer service was excellent in helping me with a replacement. The remote was sent quickly, and it worked flawlessly. Excellent customer service!!!
