Overall the seat is okay. There is no need for tools but you need to check the toilet size before you buy.

A little difficult to install since it was just all photos and no actual step by step (black rubber stopper goes on top or bottom?) The quality of the water connections are solid, the seat plastic felt kind of flimsy but I doubt a bathroom company would cheap out on longevity of the material components of their products. 4 out of 5, would likely get another once the test of time comes through.

The price is affordable, but the performance is comparable to a standard bidet seat. There’s currently a bundle promotion going on, so I’m considering buying two more and giving one to my sister as well

Very easy to install, and the water pressure adjusts smoothly. I like that it works without electricity, eco-friendly and easy to maintain.
