The unit did not function correctly but Customer Service to Trouble Shoot was fantastic. Anna in the Torrance office was super responsive and Technician Dong Woo Lee drove 2 hours to come, trouble shoot and repair.
Now, our TCB-090SA works and looks great. Super Service.

My remote for my Vovo Smart VB-6000 bidet seat I purchased on Costco.ca had a crack on it, and Doeun from Vovo's customer service was excellent in helping me with a replacement. The remote was sent quickly, and it worked flawlessly. Excellent customer service!!!

I purchased 2 more VOVO Bidets after having so much success with the first. As soon as I received the two, we found leaks at the base of the toilet. Long story short, the problem was our water pressure, It should be around 40-75psi. If the pressure is too high a regulator line which has a gasket/seal that connects two plastic lines can leak. The instructions mention, several times, that the water pressure should be adjusted but not with specs and with a water pressure gauge. Anna, customer service, was immediately responsive and worked with us to troubleshoot and identify the problem and fix it with replacement parts. FIVE SUPER STARS FOR ANNA! My toilet broke down but warranty expired, Anna able to let me buy the extended warranty and the toilet top was replaced

We are just as pleased with our new Bidet Toilet as we are with the Bidet Toilet we purchased in 2021 for our other bathroom. Great company to do business with and always available with help.
