We bought VOVO 6000SE from home depot website in January 2024 and we were very happy with the unit until beginning of September 2024 the bidet stopped working. We contacted customer service at VOVO, and Megan respond to us right away and after a few email correspondence, she was able to send us the replacement unit. We reinstalled the bidet and everything is working. We want to thank the customer service Team at VOVO, especially Megan for the superb service. We're going to buy another bidet for another restroom from VOVO since we have no doubt of the customer care. Thank you.
